With over two decades of international corporate experience — including leadership roles at L'Oréal, Atlantic Grupa, Deutsche Bank, and GISMA — I understand both the external demands of leadership and the internal pressures that come with it. Since 2018, I've helped 100+ leaders and teams create change that is not only effective but aligned and sustainable.
